I can’t overstate how much I love this Customer Success productivity app. Just create your shortcut and use it to save you time. This app makes sure you never have to locate URLs, templates again, or stored reusable information again.

There is a ton of “static” information you have to keep track of to do your job and you can waste a lot of time tracking down that one link you need to help a customer. What business problems does the product solve? What benefits have you realized? That means you just have rename the shortcut to something you know you won’t type accidentally. For example, Google Docs won’t allow the expansions.Īdditionally, sometimes you can accidentally type a shortcut you set and not mean to type it. I’m not certain why it is but some programs just won’t allow the shortcuts to expand. The only thing I don’t like about this app is that it sometimes doesn’t work with certain web apps.
